Piedmont Pest Control

Residential Pest Solution

Preferred Pest Prevention Plan

One Time Pest ControlWhat could be better than a pest solution that is customized to fit your particular needs? Piedmont Pest offers a program that controls your unique problems by eliminating active pest infestations and attacking the root of the problem to reduce the possibility of future infestations. This two pronged approach gives bugs double the trouble taking residence in your home.

Is it safe? Piedmont Pest uses a convenient, affordable, and environmentally responsible approach called Integrated Pest Management (IPM). We also take care to select solutions that are healthy and safe for you and your family. If you have a specific request or concern regarding your treatment solution, just let us know and we will do our best to make sure we address your needs.

Is it convenient? Yes! Our office staff will work with you to set up a time that fits your schedule. Unless you have an existing indoor pest problem, we usually don’t even need to go inside during the service.

Wondering what to expect?
Our Preferred Pest Prevention Plan begins with a thorough inspection of your home. Each of our technicians have been trained to look for, identify, and pinpoint three main things: active pest infestations, places pests could enter your home (pest entry points), and conditions that might attract pests.

Once we have determined your needs, the first priority is taking care of any active pest infestation. With your situation in mind, your technician will choose just the right combination of our advanced treatment methods. These include baits, traps, monitors, dusts, and the responsible use of pesticides.

Next, appropriate measures are taken to repel and prevent future pest problems. Depending on your needs, this may include sealing pest entry points, and placing baits or monitors in high-risk areas.

Finally, you will receive a written report after each service. This report will include the results of our findings and the control measures taken during the service. We will also use this report to recommend ways that you could help eliminate or prevent pest problems.

How long does it take to work?
You should be able to tell notice a difference within a few days. However, we usually recommend that customers give the treatment solution 2 weeks or more to take full effect against widespread or heavy pest infestations.

How often should this service be done? Because treatments only last for about 3 months, the Preferred Pest Prevention Plan is done on a quarterly basis (four times a year). Maintaining a regular pest solution program is the best way to prevent any future pest problems.
