Our Mission, Purpose & Goals

“To honorably manage God’s pesky creatures to the benefit of His most treasured creation.”

What we mean by “honorably”

  • We mean acting with integrity. We mean performing every job in a way that is worthy of respect. We care about what is right more than who is right. We do what we say. We go the extra mile for our customers and our team.

Who is “His most treasured creation”

  • Our customers. A pest free home is cleaner, safer, healthier, and less stressful for families, homeowners, and tenets. Because of this, we believe that our customers deserve outstanding service at a fair and reasonable price. We also recognize that our attitudes and actions can have a significant impact on others. We strive to work in a way that shows we take pride in our work and appreciate each customer’s business.
  • Our employees. 40- 45 hours a week for 52 weeks a year adds up and we know it. That’s a lot of your life. Because of that, we believe that it is our responsibility to provide you with a rewarding job in a friendly workplace. We will try to provide many opportunities to enrich your life spiritually, mentally, physically, and financially.
  • Our community. We desire to see our local communities thrive. We believe as a part of the community we have a responsibility to be active in seeing this happen.  We actively support our local churches, schools, and civic organizations and we are always on the lookout for ways that we can help touch individual lives day to day. We hope to be respected citizens and role models in our community.

Why we think these things

We believe that the most important thing in life is a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  We believe that the Bible is the inerrant Word of God and that following the principles of Christian living described throughout the Bible is the primary goal of life.  It is the intention of this company to abide by these principles in every decision or business transaction.

Core Values

Core Values are what’s really important to us. They shape our plans, decisions, and behavior. They inspire us to be more of what God wants us to be. Our big 4 core values are:

Integrity: Integrity is a commitment to a standard of values. The Bible says a person of integrity is one who walks uprightly, who stands for righteousness, and who speaks truth inwardly. (Example: A person sells a piece of property on a handshake for a certain price. The next day another person offers more money. The person of integrity honors the original agreement, even though the 2nd offer would bring more profit.)

Excellence: The Bible says, “Whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” This is a call to excellence. The concept of excellence for our company is to seek continuous improvement. Even if “it isn’t broke,” find a way to make it better.

Respect: Never look down on a person, co-worker or customer. God placed such high value on man that He created us in his image and likeness. We want our work and work relationships to be dignified, challenging, rewarding and enjoyable. This company will promote the profound respect for the individual by making the well-being and growth of our employees and the care and attention toward our customers a high priority.

Caring: Our customers should immediately recognize that we think more of them than we do ourselves. We must be attentive listeners and make thoughtful service recommendations. They should sense our genuine compassion for their unique situation. Philippians 2:4 says, “Let each of us look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.”
